Chemistry - The Complete Course Series, teaches students quantitative reasoning to solve chemistry problems. The 30 volume series covers all aspects of Chemistry from density to the mole, to molarity, stoichiometry and equilibrium. It demonstrates how to ask meaningful questions and conduct careful investigations to build knowledge of chemical and physical concepts and develop the skills to solve mathematical and scientific problems. Chemistry problems can usually be solved by an application of simple, "natural" ways of reasoning quantitatively. It often is difficult to clearly explain how they reasoned out the answer to the problem even though you have no difficulty whatsoever in utilizing the reasoning. One of our major goals is to learn how to apply the type of reasoning used to solve this problem, to actual chemistry problems. This volume teaches how to use quantitative reasoning in solving chemistry problems and to be able to clearly explain how to reason out the answer to a problem. The three commonly used approaches: a "formula" or "equation", the "proportion" method & the "factor-label" approach.
